Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products must be free from wear, damage, or stains (e.g., perfume, makeup).
Refunds apply only to standard-sized products. Made-to-order/custom products are not eligible for exchange
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Reverse Logistics
Reverse pickups for returns are available across most serviceable pincodes.
A flat ₹149 reverse pickup fee applies, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived in case of damaged or incorrect items.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be provided during the return process.
We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.
Refund Process
Submit your return request by sending an email to info@shopodori.com
Include subject line "RETURN Request : Order No."
Once approved and the product is received in our warehouse, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Reverse pickup fees will be deducted from the refund.
A reverse pick up fee of ₹149 applies and will be deducted from your refund, or you may opt to self-ship.
Exchanges
We do not offer a dedicated exchange service right now.
You may return existing order and place a new order a fresh order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery via the return portal.
Provide clear photos of the problem.
Please make an unboxing video while opening the package and check your article thoroughly in that video, for any exchange and return due to damaged product. The unboxing video is mandatory
Verified damaged/incorrect products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Refunds are credited only to the original payment source.
No cash on delivery (COD) returns supported.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that violate policy.
Multiple returns for the same product are not accepted.
